Since we were searching for a home in Almere while living in Eindhoven, having someone reliable and knowledgeable made the entire process much easier. Neeraj took the time to explain the local housing market, recent selling prices, and what would be a realistic bid, which helped us avoid overbidding. He also guided us during the negotiations and always gave honest advice. Neeraj attended both the technical inspection and the final inspection, carefully checking that everything was in order and pointing out important details. Throughout the process, he was responsive, professional, and always happy to answer our questions, making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. We really appreciated his support from the first house viewing until we received the keys. We would definitely recommend Neeraj and the TriHomes team to anyone looking to buy a home in the Netherlands.
